3. Products
We offer original fine art photography, limited edition prints, open edition prints, and other artistic works as described on this website.
Due to differences in screen settings, colour calibration and display technology, colours and tones may vary slightly from the finished artwork.
Such variations do not constitute defects.
4. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable artwork or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
An order is considered accepted only after written confirmation has been sent.
5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.
Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on your location and applicable legislation.
Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes and local handling fees are calculated separately unless otherwise stated and remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
Prices may change without prior notice but changes will never affect confirmed orders.
6. Payment
Payment must be received in full before any artwork is shipped unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We ship internationally where possible.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, postal services, couriers, weather conditions or events beyond our control.
Risk transfers to the purchaser upon delivery.
8. Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes or other local charges imposed by their country.
9. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Consumers residing within the European Union may have statutory withdrawal rights under applicable consumer legislation.
However, pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised products.
This includes custom-made prints, commissioned artworks, signed editions and bespoke framing.
If an artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the artwork and the packaging.
10. Intellectual Property
All photographs, artwork, texts, images, designs, graphics, logos, website content and artistic concepts remain the exclusive intellectual property of Natalie Verstappen.
The purchase of artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only.
No copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights or commercial usage rights are transferred unless expressly agreed in writing.
No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, altered, stored, transmitted, used for artificial intelligence training, machine learning, NFTs, commercial databases or derivative works without prior written permission.
11. Limited Editions
Where applicable, edition sizes are strictly limited as stated.
Once an edition is sold out, no additional prints of that edition size will be produced.
Certificates of Authenticity may accompany limited editions where indicated.

13. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, governmental actions, supply chain disruptions or transport interruptions.

16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Belgium.
Where mandatory consumer protection legislation applies in the purchaser’s country of residence, those statutory rights remain unaffected.

The parties shall first endeavour to resolve any dispute amicably.
If no resolution can be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Consumers residing within the European Union may also have access to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms under applicable European legislation.
